Frequently asked questions
A book won’t open
First, confirm the file is in a supported format (see below). If it is, try opening it again — and if it still fails, email us the book’s format and, if you can, a short description of the file so we can reproduce the issue.
Which formats does Libra support?
Libra reads EPUB, FB2, FB2.ZIP, PDF, CBZ, TXT, HTML, Markdown, DOCX, MOBI, and AZW3.
How do I connect a cloud drive?
Open the app’s Drives section and pick your provider — Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Yandex Disk, or iCloud — then sign in. Libra only asks for access to your own files. To disconnect later, use the disconnect option for that provider; this clears the saved sign-in from your device.
Where is my reading progress stored?
Your reading progress is saved on your device. If you use iCloud sync, it also syncs through your own private iCloud account so your place is kept across your devices. We do not store your progress on any server of ours.
